Cancellation

Order cancellation before shipment is acceptable. The refund will be returned to original payment account.

Return

We accept return of products. Customer has the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging. Meanwhile, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase to verify your return. Please ask our customer service first to make sure you send the package to right address.

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund. If the return is caused by customer, the freight will be borne by customer. On the contrary, if the return is caused by BETAFPV (product received are damaged or not correct), then customer is not required to bear the freight. No restocking fee to be charged to customer for the return of a product.

Please contact us before you decide to return the product. We are willing to help you, as always. 


Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will be processed once we have your approve. Refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. And contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at your convenience.
